Today I’m a year older and off on a long holiday. Yes the temptation is great not to adhere to my diet and take my medications religiously, but I do not want to see the insides of the French health care system up close and intimately! So please do not join the millions who get ill on vacation, remember at some point – later for some – you have to pay for bad habits and lack of body care. Pick a friend or family member to ‘buddy’ and help you remember in all the fun. Like the mature adults experiencing “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel” you should be fit!
